Why has tech diplomacy become an influential instrument for diverse actors such as states, non-governmental organizations, tech industry, and civil society? How is it put into practice and what are its implications for global order? The workshop brings together students with academics, governmental, nongovernmental organizations and business to achieve an in-depth understanding of practicing tech diplomacy. The workshop aims to equip students with necessary sociotechnical skills to analyze strategic motives and normative commitments underlying challenges embedded in digital and green transitions for an inclusive, just, and resilient global society.
