The purpose of the event is to inform all EELISA members about the current open science framework work in EELISA innoCORE and to share the experiences of different disciplines in open science.
In the first part of the event, the studies carried out within the scope of the "Strategic Framework for EELISA Open Science Practices", the third work package of EELISA innoCORE, will be featured. In this context, we will first share the current Open Science studies of EELISA as guiding tools for HEI partners - a proposed journey and best practice examples towards full OS adoption. Then, information will be given about the efforts to establish the Innovative Distributed Open Science Education Center targeted within the scope of the work package.
In the second part of the event, open science practices from polar studies and citizen science will be included and a presentation will be made on how research can be made more open.
The event will be held in partnership with EELISA Open Science Community and EELISA innoCORE as part of the international open access week.
