    The BeHappyFish Challenge is an innovative two-day hybrid hackathon that brings together students, researchers, and professionals from diverse fields to tackle pressing challenges in aquaculture. Taking place on January 30th and 31st, 2025, this event combines cutting-edge technology, interdisciplinary collaboration, and real-world problem-solving to transform the future of sustainable fish farming. Participants will form teams of 3-5 members to work on challenges such as:
    • Fish counting and disease recognition using computer vision.
    • Monitoring water quality with satellite data for optimized farming conditions.
    • Designing sustainable systems to promote animal welfare and environmental stewardship.
    With expert mentorship, engaging workshops, and valuable prizes, the BeHappyFish Challenge offers a unique opportunity to innovate, learn, and make a lasting impact on aquaculture.
