The psychological health of university students plays a significant role in their academic success and quality of life. However, students often have to cope with intense course loads, exam stress, and social pressures. Therefore, university administrations should take measures to draw attention to and raise awareness among students about psychological health. Firstly, within the scope of EELISA, universities should provide an inclusive and multicultural environment to support the psychological health of students from different cultural and social backgrounds. This facilitates their adaptation processes by ensuring that students appreciate cultural diversity and show respect to each other. Additionally, guidance and counseling services, workshops, and peer education programs should be organized at EELISA member universities to increase mental health awareness and provide appropriate support for students. These programs provide students with information on stress management, coping skills, and mental health issues.

EELISA member universities should adopt flexible and student- centered educational approaches to support students' psychological health. This may include measures such as flexibility in exam schedules, reducing academic workload, and providing suitable facilities for students. The main goal of the community established with these and similar approaches is to ensure the most efficient and healthy sustainability of engineering. Within the scope of EELISA, creating a community for the sustainability of university students' psychological health requires a strategy that involves building a multicultural and inclusive environment, mental health awareness and support programs, social support and solidarity groups, flexible and student- centered educational approaches, healthy lifestyle and stress management activities, collaboration for education and support, and continuous monitoring and evaluation. This approach will enable students to achieve success in their academic and social lives and become more conscious and competent in mental health issues
